At Miraj , we ensure your orders are delivered with care, efficiency, and a seamless experience. Here's everything you need to know:

Shipping Within India

Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges:

Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on all orders and can be selected at checkout. There is extra charge for COD.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.

International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries with extra shipping charge.

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, festivals, or deliveries to remote locations. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed at every step.

Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our logistics partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

Prepaid orders: A refund will be issued after deducting the shipping charges, once the item is received back
COD orders: No refund is applicable for failed deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
