1. Return & Exchange WindowAll return and exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your package. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Product Condition & Original Packaging
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags intact and the original packaging preserved.

3. Change of mind

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, store credit will be issued instead of a monetary refund. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Damage or defective products

We carefully package every product after completing quality control check, However
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may be eligible for a full refund of the product amount after verification.
An unboxing video is compulsory for damaged-product claims. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product's condition. Please record the process continuously without cuts or pauses.
Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
